As parents, guardians, teachers, and care providers we have all experienced children when they are unable to control themselves. We all bear the responsibility of upbringing well rounded children and want our kids to be able to manage day to day tribulations. With our simple practices and tools you can help cultivate focus, calmness and resilience in your child. We strive to help parents and children become resilient and sovereign so our next generation can thrive.
As homeschooling parents of 3 that work from home we spend more time with our children than the average family. we were able to develop these practices and test them on our own and have now brought them to the world.
We have created a series of children's midday rest and mindfulness meditations for restoring your children's focus. They begin with movements designed to ease into relaxation and calmness. When the movements are complete we begin a fun, space themed story (created by children) where they will be left to use their imagination for the ending. All of these audio stories are recorded over a binaural frequency targeted at focus.
These meditations are great for homeschooling, running a daycare, or if you have students with a midday rest/story
Have your kids create their own stories and drawings and submit them! We will be giving out prizes! Submissions will be selected and featured in our next series.
