For real... non-negotiable

After having our babies I spent YEARS as a mombie... a modern day momma zombie getting through each day in a blur of lethargy tension and exhaustion, "holding it together" with a forced smile  

And I didn't even realize how much it was impacting me until I started REALLY resting. It was like an internal fog cleared and I suddenly had energy and joy where I had been a VOID for so long

And I had no idea how much that was impacting my whole family!!! 

They weren't sleeping so I was a walking zombie with no capacity. I was easily  irritated, worried, frustrated or just too tired 

But then our kiddos would pick up on my wired or short energy and then they were wired, overtired or anxious and couldn't sleep. They would take forever to fall asleep, wake up all night long and then be awake for the day at 5am!!! So again... no sleep for me!

We were stuck in a crazy cycle...

A loop we just couldn't seem to get free from until I found an incredible mentor!

My mentor guided me in how to come back home into myself. How to ground, center and self nourish. How to be so well sourced that I WAS the peace I needed. 

From here I had the capacity to facilitate this for my kiddos too!!! 

My children went from being anxious and high strung to (mostly) harmonious. To finding their place and their peace. 

We are still on an epic adventure of re-wiring old patterns

Clearing stress from our bodies and nervous systems
Fully feeling and self regulating our emotions

Being conscious of our thought patterns

Focusing on what lights us up

Living according to what love would do

And living every moment to its fullest!

And we can honestly say being well sourced

Having amazing personal resources

And living fully nourished

REQUIRES REST!

Resting your body, resting your thoughts, resting your emotions...

REST!

And so we are BEYOND EXCITED to share with YOU the things that make a world of difference

So that YOU can be the difference you desire to see in your life and in your family
